Phases in the development of customised software
Initial collection and analysis of requirements
We will talk to you at the start of the entire process. We will ask you a series of questions about
your company and its development, look at your data and how it has been processed to date.
We will then analyze and evaluate all this information in detail.
Design of a solution
After analyzing your data, we develop a conceptual solution proposal.
This involves the basic principles and functionalities, which have not yet been worked out in detail.
Non-binding price offer
Together with the conceptual solution proposal, we also submit a non-binding price offer.
So far, this only contains general information. The resulting price offer is usually lower or depends
on specific requirements. We always look for a solution that satisfies you.
Creation of the technical specification
As soon as we agree on the price offer, we start working on the technical specification.
We define the parameters of the software and other requirements, which we then incorporate into the resulting price quotation.
Implementation in the development environment
In this phase, we dedicate ourselves entirely to software development.
We implement all requirements and functionalities.
During implementation, you have full access to the development version.
This way, you can intervene in the development as required and optimise it if necessary.
Acceptance test
This phase is in your hands. In the development environment, you can try out complex work with the
programmed software. We then further develop the various functionalities according to your requirements.
We explain how to use the individual components of the software, offer technical support and show you
how things work and how to use them correctly.
Deployment into production
After a successful acceptance test and completion of the requirements, we put the software into
production, i.e. on a server or web hosting of your choice.
If required, we can also handle the migration of data from the old to the new environment and ensure a
swift changeover to the new software.
Intensive support after deployment
After the deployment of the live version of the software, we will remain in contact with you for an agreed period of time.
Should you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.
The aim of this phase is for you to familiarise yourself with the software and learn how to work with
it properly.
Long-term support, development and maintenance of the development environment
Our cooperation does not end with the handover of the software. We also offer support and dedicate
ourselves to the development, innovation and maintenance of the software according to your requirements.
